Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase. You can return it back to us within 14 days for a full refund. Due to hygiene reasons earrings can not be returned. Please make sure that the returned item has not been worn and its returned in its original packaging including the invoice.
We recommend that you use a trackable service. Items damaged or stolen in transit are the responsibility of the customer
For international orders please note that postage, duties and sale taxes are not refundable
Exempt from any refund are Bespoke commisions, made to order items or jewellery altered to a customer request.

Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to contact us to cancel your order, then a further 14 days to return the item to us. In this circumstance, please follow the above return instructions.
