Please be aware that any duty and taxes that may be due in the country of destination, are the responsibility of the customer. 


Within the UK

We offer FREE postage by royal mail tracked 24. This method allows items to be tracked. 


Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Items are sent via royal mail international signed for. This method allows items to be insured and a signature is required for delivery.

Delivery Times

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. If we do not have a piece in stock or we are creating a personalised or bespoke piece for you, delivery times may vary as each piece is handmade. We will email you to confirm the expected delivery date (email will be sent within working hours). 
Where an item is in stock, for delivery within the UK, please allow 1 to 5 working days but of course we will endeavour to dispatch your items as quickly as possible. 




We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
