Please be aware that any duty and taxes that may be due in the country of destination, are the responsibility of the customer.
Christmas Postage Dates 2025
To ensure delivery in time for Christmas, please order before these dates:
- International orders - 5th December 2025
- UK orders - 19th December 2025 (Tracked delivery), 23rd December 2025 (Special delivery)
We can not guarantee any orders will arrive on time after these dates.
Within the UK
We offer FREE postage by royal mail tracked 24. This method allows items to be tracked.
Overseas
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Items are sent via royal mail international signed for. This method allows items to be insured and a signature is required for delivery.
Delivery Times
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. If we do not have a piece in stock or we are creating a personalised or bespoke piece for you, delivery times may vary as each piece is handmade. We will email you to confirm the expected delivery date (email will be sent within working hours).
Where an item is in stock, for delivery within the UK, please allow 1 to 5 working days but of course we will endeavour to dispatch your items as quickly as possible.
