Refund policy
We hope you love your Mounir Jewellery piece. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging
Include a receipt or your order number
Please note:
Mounir Design Ltd. is not responsible for return postage costs or for any items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit. These remain the customer’s responsibility.
We strongly recommend using a secure, tracked, and insured postal service when returning your item.
If returning from outside the UK, please mark the package as a "Returned Item" on the customs declaration form to avoid additional fees. If incorrectly marked and customs fees are incurred, these charges may be passed on to you and could delay your return process.
How to Start a Return

Once your request is approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as they will not be accepted.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Gift cards
These items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend completing a return first and placing a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
